Spell Bee Academy is a spelling learning initiative. It is fully supported by Phonics eStore.
It has three focussed activities to catalyse spelling learning worldwide.

# Make available preparatory study material for "multiple" spelling bee exams

# Conduct "100% Spelling" Spell Bee worldwide - with maximum preparation opportunity for
child and mimimum cost / stress for parents.

# Provide weekly learning interaction with students worldwide and thus make SPELLING LEARNING
A "HABIT".

# Facilitate parent interaction with program designer / content creator. SPELLING LEARNING IS ABOUT
"CONTINUOUS TEAM WORK" BETWEEN THE PARENT AND THE CHILD.

All the study material have been authored by Debashis Pati. He has authored the maximum number
of spelling books in India, all available at amazon.in. He has designed multiple SPELL BEE exams
and authored all their preparatory study material. He has hands on experience of 'multiple' spell
bee competitions, as a parent of two. He is a Phonics Teacher Trainer and a Spelling Habit Creator.
He has designed "the SPELLING course".

WHAT IS "the SPELLING course"

It is a spelling learning program. Any Student of Any Country can register Any Day.

A student has to be registered each year for the same. There is an one time fee.
The course includes a weekly / regular child learning interaction. All contents
provided online and all the tests are conducted online.

It is a one year long program. A child can register any day. Details to be
understood before registration. Queries must be made before registration.

Students from Senior KG till Graduates can register.





WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE - the SPELLING course

"the SPELLING course" is the only course of its kind for spelling learning
in the world.

It has two distinct parts. The two parts happen together. Both start off at
the same time. This leads to learning / testing happening through the year
simultaneously.

A student may register for either of the two parts or both. However, both
the parts are advised for all.


# PART 1 : T&L method (First Test & Then Learn method)

This involves weekly Tests.

# PART 2 : L&T method (First Learn & Then Test method)

This involves monthly Word Lists and a set of Practice Tests.

WHAT ARE THE LEVELS

# There are 10 levels ... Level 0 to Level 10.

* Level 0 : Senior KG (one year before Class 1)

* Level 1 : Class 1

* Level 2 : Class 2

* Level 3 : Class 3

* Level 4 : Class 4

* Level 5 : Class 5

* Level 6 : Class 6

* Level 7 : Class 7

* Level 8 : Class 8

* Level 9 : Class 9 and Class 10

* Level 10 : Class 11 / Class 12, undergraduates and graduates

# A student can register for one or more levels in one year.
It can be the current level and a level immediately lower or higher.

# A promising Junior KG child can register for Level 0 meant for Senior KG students.

# A post graduate can also register on need basis for Level 10.

WHAT IS THE FEE - the SPELLING course

# One time fee. It is all inclusive.

# Fee mentioned here is with effect from 15th August, 2020.

# Fee depends on the country of residence of the student.

# Fee also depends on whether the student's school/college
is registered with SPELL BEE ACADEMY or not.

# A student may register for either of the two parts or both.


IF STUDENT'S SCHOOL/COLLEGE is registered WITH
SPELL BEE ACADEMY THEN THE FEE IS :

PART 1 : T&L method - Rs 350 or 25 dirhams or 10 Euros or 10 dollars.

PART 2 : L&T method - NIL

BOTH PART 1 & PART 2 : Rs 250 or 20 dirhams or 5 Euros or 5 dollars.


IF STUDENT'S SCHOOL/COLLEGE is not registered WITH
SPELL BEE ACADEMY THEN THE FEE IS :

PART 1 : T&L method - Rs 350 or 25 dirhams or 10 Euros or 10 dollars.

PART 2 : L&T method - Rs 500 or 50 dirhams or 25 Euros or 25 dollars.

BOTH PART 1 & PART 2 : Rs 750 or 60 dirhams or 30 Euros or 30 dollars.

The fee includes the exam fees and all concerned study / learning material
for the same. All material provided online only.

# No hidden cost after registration or later on. No orientation before any
round of test. No travel/hotel stay (local or outstation) cost involved.


HOW TO KNOW IF A SCHOOL/COLLEGE IS REGISTERED WITH SPELL BEE ACADEMY

Response will be sent vide email.

If student's school/college is not registered with SPELL BEE ACACDEMY
then parent(s) can coordinate with their child's school/college for the same.
This will make all students of the school/college become eligible for the
H&D Scholarship leading to the special fee. There is no fee for a school's
registration. Registration happens with speed.


HOW CAN A SCHOOL/COLLEGE REGISTER NOW WITH SPELL BEE ACADEMY

A school/college can register any day. There is no fee for the same.
Registration is valid for current academic year only. It needs to be
renewed for each academic year.

The below form needs to be filled, scanned and emailed.



WHAT DOES A SCHOOL/COLLEGE DO AFTER GETTING REGISTERED
WITH SPELL BEE ACADEMY

School/College needs to share the course details with all its students.
The method of communication with parents to be decided by the school.
Parents can connect with SPELL BEE ACADEMY with their pre registration
queries.

The registration of a school/college is valid for one academic year.
It needs to be renewed each academic year.

If a school does not share the course with all its students then the
registration will get cancelled.
